Nodes of Design#41: Creative Illustration by Camila Nogueira

<p><a href="https://camilaillustration.pt/about/">Camila Nogueira</a> is a Freelance illustrator and graphic designer from Proto. She studied Communication Design at Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto. She worked as a freelancer developing several illustrations and graphic design projects -especially known for her cityscapes. She also made album covers for famous music bands&nbsp;like Dxydream &amp; Jalowo.&nbsp;</p> <p>Camila describes herself as "Using pastel tones and playing with delicate light, shadow, and elegant lines, who seek graceful solutions at a multidisciplinary level."&nbsp;</p> <p>In this episode, Camila shares her insights on creative illustration and how to approach a unique&nbsp;storytelling&nbsp;perspective&nbsp;using your illustrations; along with these, she also shared her process of showing the heritage&nbsp;of towns and places and how she captures that in a unique&nbsp;perspective, In the latter part we discussed on building a unique&nbsp;style as an artist&nbsp;and mature your style with different ways of practice.&nbsp;</p> <p>Takeaways: Storytelling via illustrations.
