<p>NO, I said no. Just because I said so. That doesn't work very well in a &nbsp;quality conversation. Defending or explaining a no creates drama. A &nbsp;reason is simple and to point. A reason would be "because it's best for &nbsp;all of us" or "I don't want to." Defending or explaining with a lot of &nbsp;words brings about drama.&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality conversations include a reason for the NO.
