Let the sounds of the night pull away your anxiety. Focus on the soothing sound of nature. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.</p> <p>Why I made this soundscape:</p> <p>This is what it sounds like in the evening at Uncle Bob’s place out in Arkansas. My parents are out there house-sitting at the moment and recorded this a few nights ago.
