<p>New York State of Mind is the fourth and final song off the first side of Turnstiles. The album was released on May 19, 1976. This may be the most covered Billy Joel song of all time. You figure if Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra and Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem all think it's great then you've really got something. One of our newspaper rankers has it as Number 1. Who will it be?
