New York may be blocked from recouping $115 million in overpaid unemployment

April 5, 2021 - Assembly Labor Committee Chair Latoya Joyner, a Bronx Democrat, is pushing legislation to stop the state from collecting more than $100 million in unemployment benefits improperly paid to New Yorkers.
