Happy New Year....I think it’s safe to say we’re all ready for a fresh start, and we’re all hoping that it can only go up from here. In this episode I offer up a different way to think about moving into the new year that is less about rigidity and more about intentionality. I open up about my own struggles with mental health in this past year and some lessons I’ve learned about myself personally and professionally..
