That’s how my guest today, Beth Bowe, ended up in her position where she is happier than she ever thought she could be.</p> <p class="p1">Beth Bowe started out subbing and quickly realized that she was meant to be a teacher. She went back and got her alternative certification before interviewing for a fourth grade position that she didn’t get.
