Rory Keane, Regional Co-ordinator of the HSE Mid West Drug and Alcohol Service<strong> </strong>joins Joe to discuss the new service starting up to deal with the problem and harms of crack cocaine in Limerick. €200,000 in funding is to be provided by the HSE, through its Mid West Drug and Alcohol Service, in conjunction with the Mid West Regional Drug and Alcohol Forum.
