New governor, similar proposals for New Yorkers with disabilities

Jan. 20, 2022 - After more than a decade of having the concerns of New Yorkers with disabilities shunted to the sidelines by former-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Center for Disability Rights President & CEO Bruce Darling says Gov. Kathy Hochul has not deviated enough from her predecessor, based on the recently unveiled executive budget proposal.
