<p>Everyone should have a place to call home, feel safe, and trust the people in their lives.</p> <p>But what if you had to flee your country because of a civil war, your father was taken away to a concentration camp, and you had to hide to survive and not know if you would be killed?</p> <p>My guest today is a former refugee who was forced to flee her home country of Bosnia. After surviving a civil war, Nejra and her family were granted asylum as a refugee in the United States in 1996.
