This is different from shedding light on reality and redirecting yourself or others. Don’t shame or judge yourself or others.</li> </ol> <p>Where has it shown up in my life?</p> <ol> <li>My brother and I will consistently stop ourselves and redirect our speech.</li> <li>Steering clear of people who judge me/bring me down.
