You are worth pure gold- don't let anyone make you feel less worthy than solid gold. I understand the dynamics all too well....there is no shame in this. None. I love you & I'm hugging you right now. Cry. Make a plan, pack your things and leave with the children. PLEASE.... You owe it to yourself and your kids.
