NCAA Bows the Knee to Lia Thomas

<p>After three months of Lia Thomas dominating women's swimming at Penn...the NCAA finally released a statement. Yesterday...the NCAA announced immediate changes to their policy regarding transgender athletes.</p> <p>We reveal and react to these changes...and explain how it proves the NCAA is completely useless.
