<p>In this episode, we delve into my personal story and insights. At the time of this recording I am nine months postpartum sharing my journey of dealing with infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences. In this episode I reflect on the challenges of taking care of myself while being postpartum and having an autoimmune condition. Emphasizing the importance of consistent self-care, managing thoughts and mindset, and finding the right balance in nutrition and exercise. The concept of "walking alongside the railroad track" is something I have found supportive and helpful for many of my clients, highlighting the need for realistic and sustainable approaches to health.
