It’s beneficial for anxiety, feeling triggered, needing to calm down, or to get to sleep.   <br> <br> This one gains in power with repetition and practice. Try doing it 1-2 times a day for a week, and start with four breaths for the first few weeks. After a few weeks you can extend it to six or eight breaths.
