Nasarawa United get new management team

<p>The Nasarawa State Government has appointed Dr Othman Ibrahim Ahmed as the new chairman of Nasarawa United Football Club.</p>, <p>Ahmed’s appointment was announced in a statement by the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.</p>, <p>The appointment was in furtherance of the Governor Abdullahi Sule administration’s commitment to rejig the club to regain its rightful place on the domestic scene.</p>, <p>Ahmed will be assisted by Solomon Babanjah and Musa Adamu who will serve as team manager and member respectively.</p>, <p>Former Nasarawa United player, Musa Adamu, and Musa Usman Oruma were also appointed as members of the new five-man management committee.</p>, <p>The newly appointed team is expected to resume duty with immediate effect.</p>, <p>Nasarawa United will participate in the 2023-24 Nigeria National League season.</p>, <p>The new season is expected to start on October 28, 2023.</p>
