<p>One of the biggest mistakes new marketers make is trying to market to everyone.</p><p>One of the keys to your business will be to narrow down your niche.</p><p>Have you ever heard of red ocean, blue ocean? I first heard this from Russell Brunson. The red ocean is where all the big sharks are. Meaning all the big marketers and if you are in the red ocean, the big marketers (the ones with all the money) are going after the same customers you are going after.</p><p>The key is to be in the blue ocean by narrowing down your niche. Then you are only competing with a few people rather than a bunch of people. Go 1 inch wide and a mile deep in your niche</p><p>To narrow down your niche take a look at your ideal customer and really try to solve one of their challenges. </p><p>How do you find your niche?</p><p>What is your passion?
