Naneum

<p>Today’s guest deejay is <a href="http://jonsolomusic.com" title="Jon Solo">Jon Solo</a>, AKA <a href="https://naneum.bandcamp.com" title="Naneum">Naneum</a>.</p> <p><a href="http://carmenrizzo.com/" title="Carmen Rizzo">Carmen Rizzo</a> introduced me to Naneum when he was a guest deejay on Soundwave. Carmen’s <a href="http://josephaleo.com/blog/soundwave-15/" title="SOUNDWAVE : 15 : CARMEN RIZZO">mix</a> was gorgeous and I invited each musician he featured on his mix to guest deejay on Soundwave as well.</p> <p>Jon’s mix is equally gorgeous. Whenever I listen to it I’m transported from sunny San Diego to a snow morning in the woods of Massachusetts when I was a boy. I can’t explain why but there is something about the delicacy of the music Jon selected that evokes that experience. That’s the beauty of the mixes on Soundwave, they take you on a journey.
