Description

Expert in fashion, trends and experiences, Nadège Winter is a forerunner of the 360° generation. Former Head of Communications of the Palais de Tokyo (PARIS) and of the Colette concept store (PARIS), she founded her agency in 2008: NWA. It offers global expertise in branding/identity, experiences and product creation.

In August 2019, she moved from Paris to NYC, with her daughter and husband (who still lives between Paris and NYC) to work at Calvin Klein, as SVP of Brand Experience.

One year later, as the Covid pandemic took the world by storm, and convinced that the fashion industry must re-invent itself around purpose while still providing an escape and creating desire, Nadège decided to go back to consulting. In her view, sustainability and social responsibility cannot be disassociated from creativity or profitability, they must operate as one “do good” ecosystem. In addition to her client assignments (Hermès, Cartier, Burberry, Nike, Petit Bateau, Kenzo, Belvedere, L’Oreal, Timberland, H&M Conscious, Maison Standard, etc.), Nadège also creates and produces her own projects.

In 2008, she co-launched the Big Music Festival in Biarritz which went on for 8 years (100,000 visitors). At the same time she organized the Parisian seasonal event BrunchBazar bringing together over 10,000 people for a week at the Palais de Tokyo. Then, she launched her own fashion brand AmishBoyish in collaboration with graphic designer Dyane de Serigny. In partnership with Delphine de Canecaude, she launched the new collaborative and community media platform TwentyMagazine.fr, a“phygital” platform of expression for the new generation of twenty-something talents. Wherever she is, Nadège Winter detects those who create the trends and directions for tomorrow.
