Schools say Halloween, itself, is <a href='https://www.seattletimes.com/education-lab/seattle-elementary-school-cancels-halloween-parade-says-it-has-historically-marginalized-students-of-color/'>racist. </a>Yet we have a continual boarder crisis, failing schools, and a 1.75 Trillion social spending bill we could be worried about.
