My Classroom: How to prepare special education students for the real world

<p>We are thrilled to host Trina Grey and Jonathan May who work with recent high school graduates with disabilities, and our newest team member Kathryn Dawson, a former special education teacher. Together, they are going to walk us through the journey of many special education students, from high school to just following graduation.
