Yup, leaving one sales gig for another. </p> <p>Commission-only means no more write-ups, coaching, messages, emails, multiple supervisors just because of my breaks and response time.</p> <p>I&#39;m severely disabled. My breaks will be longer, more frequent. I&#39;m legally blind so I&#39;m slower responding and reading from a screen.
