<p>MS Diary | Tuesday, 8/29/23 | A day without alcohol</p> <p>Seriously, I don&#39;t drink everyday. I&#39;m a binge drinker. That&#39;s why one day without alcohol is rarely the goal. I move better when under the influence, I sleep better, I exercise/yoga/meditate more. Heck, I usually record my podcast under the influence. </p> <p>Today, no alcohol, was an improvement in sleeping and less empty restroom trips.
