<p>MS Diary | Thursday, 8/31/23 | Keeping my mindset OVER bullshit without A/C</p> <p>It&#39;s getting real y&#39;all. Now, I KNOW the heat is amping my MS symptoms. I&#39;m ridiculously exhausted. There&#39;s quite a bit of muscle weakness. I&#39;m so tired, I&#39;m not drinking water or alcohol.
