I&#39;m moving better, higher energy, more patient and giving, I am swanging and banging on the 1s and 2s!</p> <p>I spend so much intentional time being grateful, writing gratitude stories that I don&#39;t contemplate the negative thoughts. I&#39;m not overthinking my old decisions, reliving past traumas.
