Model integrity, discretion, curiosity, deep listening in conversation for the emotional meaning not just facts, patience with and sensitivity to the process of engaging with people.  </p><p>Second. Engage with people you want to get to know as people and nurture those relationships over time. In time some people will become friends, colleagues and clients.</p><p>Third. Practice consistency. Whether you podcast, blog or engage on social media platforms be present consistently with good work, good words, and good resources.</p><p>Finally. Market consciously with awareness. Know your mindset as well as your skillset. Offer to fill a need, a desire, even relieve a pain point.
