<p>When I wake up in the morning and I'm lying next to my beautiful wife, I don't want to get up.</p> <p>But I know if I don't get up, nothing will get done that day.  </p> <p>Everything starts with one motion. </p> <p>I motion to grab my phone. </p> <p>That motion carries me to the kitchen to start my morning routine to have a tall glass of water with lemon. </p> <p>I get dressed and hit the gym where I create motion </p> <p>All of this is a series of motions to organize my day for success. </p> <p>The more movement you have in your day and in your life, the more you're likely to reach a compound effect that creates momentum. </p> <p>This allows you to do more of what you want and get more shit done quicker. </p> <p>Motion creates the power needed to get me through my day in my: </p> <ul> <li>Family</li> <li>Relationship with my wife and children</li> <li>Business meetings and scheduled events</li> <li>And everything else under the sun you can imagine</li> </ul> <p>Use motion to do the impactful things.
