Morning Reload - Misplaced Education Arguments

<p>The WEA (Wyoming Teacher's Union) has filed a lawsuit against the Wyoming Legislature claiming, laughably, that we aren't giving them enough of our money.  Their argument is really pointed in the wrong direction.</p>
