Monthlies Over Weeklies

Liquidity is one of the first--if not <em>the</em> first--metrics that we look at before considering a new trade. We want to make sure that we are trading a stock that everybody else trades, so that we can get better fill prices and possibly <a href="(http://ontt.tv/1P4jpfK">even benefit from the competition</a>. As a result, it’s rare that we voluntarily choose weekly expiration cycles, as these are far less active than their monthly counterparts - not to mention they routinely have <a href="https://ontt.tv/2ZLOb3u">wider spreads</a> and less favorable markets.
