Beshear will also discuss a proposal to build new regional mental health crisis centers in the state. We will also be joined by Sonny Brasfield, the Executive Director of the Association of County Commissions of Alabama. He will talk about the group's support of legislation designed to help the state make better use of county jail space, when it's needed.</span></p>
