Mixed Signals: The Real Reason People Aren't Returning To Work.

<p>One of the largest puzzles about our economy currently is the large number of job openings, that don't seem to have anyone who wants to apply for those jobs. </p> <p>The economy appears to be on a steady road to recovery, and a good number, perhaps 10 million or so, are out of work. </p> <p>So why aren't people stepping up and applying for those open jobs?</p>
