<p>About a year ago, we met a young man named Mitchell Whitley, who was on a mission to meet the mayor of every single North Carolina community. His story inspired us and many of you.</p> <p>So, a year later, we invited him back to get an update, and he delivered with some incredible stories about meeting some of North Carolina’s most unique characters. That includes a mayor who owns a bigfoot museum and another mayor who helped end the Cold War.</p>
