<p>Michael Barnes is a reformed scientist. He has a Ph.D. in genetics and worked in science for 14 years. His path then took him into business coaching and finally helping nonprofits do better. During this journey, he has honed his passion for innovation and how new ideas are needed to address age-old problems. As Albert Einstein said, "We can't solve our problems using the same thinking we used when we created them."
