<p>TwoSistas and it's been (3) weeks since our last MindsetMonday on July 19th - we are so happy to be back!! &nbsp;Monday's are a way to segway into your week with a boat load of mindset knowledge. &nbsp;Sometimes with crazy hectic weeks, things going on inside and outside of the home, and unexpected things that may pop up will sometimes reek havoc on our mindset. &nbsp;It's okay to give yourself a break and take time to process whatever it is you are feeling in order to move forward. &nbsp;Being gentle and kind to yourself while creating a list may help you to see what type of things you really need to concentrate on. &nbsp;Get out your pen and paper, special journal or whatever it may be, making a list will help you decide and prioritize what you need to accomplish while hopefully deleting the anxiety of what's next. &nbsp;Don't forget - it's okay to move things around on your list - and make sure you check them off as you go. &nbsp;YOU are worth it and your mindset thanks you!!</p>
