Midge Ure - Episode 879

<p>Steve Cooper talks with musician Midge Ure. Midge is best known for being the front man for Ultravox. He was in the band from 1979–1987, and then again from 2008–2013. During his first stint they released hit singles such as Vienna, Dancing with Tears in My Eyes and Reap the Wild Wind and also co-wrote the Band Aid hit Do They Know It's Christmas with Bob Geldof.  In his early career he played with Rich Kids, Visage and Thin Lizzy. As a solo artist he has recorded nine albums with his debut, The Gift from 1985 placing number 2 on the UK charts.</p> <p></p>
