About Bethany Kelly For the past 16 years, Kelly has worked on projects in the Upper Midwest serving power, mining, and municipal clients. She’s also a FERC-approved independent consultant for dam safety inspections. Kelly began her career with Barr after receiving a master’s degree in geological engineering from Montana Tech and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University.
