Message Moment Monday: Building Blocks of Being “U” is for Understanding!

Our weekly introduction to the Building Block focus for the week, Understanding! It is said that “...change begins with understanding and understanding begins by identifying oneself with another person: in a word empathy. The arts enable us to put ourselves in the minds, eyes, ears and hearts of other human beings.” I agree and I also that understanding, on many levels is the block that helps us build better outcomes for ourselves.
