Scott Seymour is an ever evolving man. He and his business partner created a podcast series called "Evolving Gladiators" that was born out of a period of introspection and growth in both their lives. Are men comfortable with vulnerability? Can improvements in communication help repair and/or rebuild relationships? A lot of boys are raised to be men who are strong and tough. They are often men who are also taught to not show emotion and stuff emotions deep inside. Scott wants to change the mindset of men who think emotions, communication and vulnerability are signs of weakness.
