And, by the way, doesn't everybody want higher margins?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But the key is the CEO as well as pretty much everybody else in the company doesn't truly understand what value means to the customer. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And what that means is that the products they're building aren't necessarily.
