<p>As with all Wonder Mindfulness walks, we seek to practice movement and presence awareness, but also sharpen our experiences and our seeing of the world around us. For better or worse, dark or light, we have the opportunity to try again every day to see anew. This meditation will slow the pace down and allow us to frame images before we capture them; and, in doing so, see deeply and wonderfully into our walking experiences.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
