Meditation: Shadows
Nancy Mbani
Description

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” ― C.G. Jung

This photography walking meditation will focus all of our attention and awareness on the shadows we find cast by the summer sun against natural objects.

In the state of “Being mindful,” we can observe and accept, welcome, and nurture all emotions and thoughts that arise. During a quiet walk or a seated meditation, the shadow may arise to show its face. What may be buried, or pushed down, or unconsciously forgotten may show itself.

Have fun exploring, stay Curious, and Enjoy your mindful time walking and taking photographs outside in nature. Thank you for joining me.
