<p>Good morning, beautiful.</p> <p>This week, our theme is <strong>look back</strong>.</p> <p>My intention in creating these meditations is to give you an opportunity to reflect back on your life this past year. &nbsp;To give you this sacred space to identify the lessons learned, the moments created, and the love that existed within it all. &nbsp;And to honor the growth you’ve had and ultimately, to feel deeply grateful for who you’ve become and where you are now. &nbsp;These meditations are not meant to keep you in the past, but to use it to deepen your presence and to consciously shape your future.</p> <p>Today, we’re going to focus our attention on all the love that has permeated your life this past year. &nbsp;Because it’s really easy not to. &nbsp;It’s really easy to instead focus on all the frustrations, stresses, and negativity that has happened in our world and in our personal lives. &nbsp;But when we choose to focus on all the <strong>love</strong> instead, the love grows.
