Meditation by the Fireside - Stroll Along the Beach Visualisation

<p>Tonight, we have another guided meditation. This time, we are taking a journey together through a tropical forest, and then along a warm, golden sandy beach, utterly revelling in the wonder of nature and the peace of the ocean, before again, finding our tranquil campsite and settling down for sleep.</p><br><p>Visualisation meditation takes our mind on a journey where we imaginatively engage all our senses.
