May I Feel Whole

<p>Hi my messy friends - in this episode, we honor ten lives tragically taken by a white supremacist in Buffalo NY on March 14th, 2022. Thank you to my friend Chloe who created the list of names and brief descriptions that I share in this episode. We will finish the episode with a guided meditation.</p> <p>I ask you to please not shy away from potential discomfort, which can inherently perpetuate white supremacist culture. I lovingly challenge you to be here with me. To feel it and be here and breathe. To show up fully in the world, whole, for all that it is: painful, joyful, ugly, beautiful, frightening, and magical.&nbsp;</p> <p>If we want to connect in any meaningful and authentic way to this world and the people in it, we have to connect to it.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'll be back with another episode soon.
