May 2 - Ottawa's SECOND "Flood of a Century" in Two Years?

Back in 2017 the Ottawa river had what was called “Flood of the Century”. BUT then THIS new record setting flooding along the Ottawa River was named Canada’s top weather story in 2019….it happened this day in weather history.
