Among some of the incredible topics we dive into today, my favourites include why exercise shouldn't be a chore and how to fix a 'meh' relationship with it, how to enjoy the process and take the pressure of the results, and importantly why something doesn't have to be hard for it to be effective.</p><br><p>We also chat about the meaning of self care everyday, rather than using it as a go-to when sh*t hits the fan.
