Mark Meckler in Mississippi 2019

<p>In 2019 Convention of States President Mark Meckler spoke to a group of Convention of States volunteers and legislators in Mississippi.  Later that year Mississippi became the 15th state to officially pass the Convention of States resolution.</p>
