Mark Meadows Contempt Charge, Tornado Aftermath & California’s New Anti-Gun Law

The select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot recommended that the House hold former President Donald Trump’s White House chief of staff Mark Meadows in contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena. The 51-page report lays out Meadows’ refusal to fully comply with the subpoena, requiring him to produce a slew of records to the committee and sit for a deposition with the investigators.
