MARCHY McFLY 3: “You Thought Wrong, Dude!” (26 of 31)

Even though Yesterday&#8217;s episode image shows Marty about to give Doc a bit of Chester&#8217;s &#8220;Wake Up Juice,&#8221; I took some time today to talk that crazy concoction. I mention how it is written in the novelization and compare that to how it is written in the &#8220;<strong><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://backtothefuture.fandom.com/wiki/Paradox_script" target="_blank">Paradox</a></strong>&#8221; script.</p> <p>And even though I don&#8217;t take it as far as actually making the drink myself (dammit I can&#8217;t believe I didn&#8217;t think of doing that!), I did find some YouTube channels that attempt to do just that. Check out these videos from <strong><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YfnkHhRIGY" target="_blank">Cocktail Chemistry</a></strong> (which references the Paradox script) and from <strong><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPijlI9anPc" target="_blank">How To Drink</a></strong> (which looks to just be using what&#8217;s on the screen as a reference).</p> <p>Both try to make the drink exactly and then try making some actual cocktails based on Joey and Chester&#8217;s mixture.</p> <p>I talk about both of those videos &#8211; plus more show notes!
