<p>War is Mara. Troubling emotions is Mara. Greed, Hatred, and Delusion are Mara. We can say, “I see you, Mara,” when this feeling comes to us. Recognizing and accepting Mara will create an opportunity to convert these feelings to love and compassion. Mara is real; we all have witnessed it in our lives through history. Dealing with Mara is to understand it. Pay attention and have the intention to have a&nbsp;conversation with Mara.
